Solution:

Proxima Systems executed two distinct but complementary Dynamics AX implementations: for IDS Georgia in 2013 and Factory 1 in 2014.

Key Project Scope & Outcomes:

  • IDS     Georgia (2013): Focused on sales and distribution, implementing     Contract Management, Banking, Procurement, HR, Tax Portal integration, and     Time Registration for streamlined operations.
  • Factory     1 (2014): Concentrated on production facility needs, covering core     Financials (AP, AR, GL), HR & Payroll, Inventory Management, Fixed     Assets, Procurement, and Tax Portal integration.

Results: These specialized Dynamics AX implementations provided IDS Georgia with enhanced contract control and sales efficiency, while Factory 1 gained robust financial management, precise inventory control, and streamlined HR for its production workforce.
